Directions:
1) For Xi Hu Long Jing, Dong Ting Bi Luo Chun, Jun Shan Yin Zhen,
Huang Shan Mao Feng, Liu An Gua Pian, Xin Yang Mao Jian, Du Yun Mao
Jian: Put about 3g of tea into a glass cup and then pour into about
150ml of 85~95 boiled water to brew for 3 minutes, watching the
color and

smelling the fragrance before drinking.

2) For Da Hong Pao and An Xi Tie Guan Yin:
It is recommended to use the pottery teapot and white porcelain teacups
to make tea. Firstly, wash the pot and cups with boiling water; next,
put the tea into the pot till approximately 1/3 to 1/2 of the vessel's
capacity; lastly, pour into boiling water up to the pot's neck and
then cover the lid. About one minute later, pour out the tea soup into
the cups equally, please smell the flavor at the moment and then drink
slowly with relaxation.

3) For Qi Men Black Tea:
Can be served in both the above ways, but the last method would make
the tea more delicious.
